We are committed to protecting original content related to home design, architecture, and interior aesthetics shared on our platform. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Aesthetic Revamp Home infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. A valid notice must include specific elements required by law. Please send your notice to our designated agent.
Your DMCA notice should contain the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification Process
If your content is removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows us to restore your content if the original notice was a mistake or misidentification. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which arhapp.com may be found). You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
We will re-post the removed material within 10-14 business days if we do not receive notice that the original complaining party has filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Aesthetic Revamp Home will terminate user accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright. This policy applies to users who have received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices. We maintain the right to disable access to our website for users who repeatedly violate this policy.
